Cinco de Mayo, or the fifth of May, is a holiday that celebrates the date of the Mexican army’s victory over France at the Battle of Puebla during the Franco-Mexican War in 1862. While it is a relatively minor holiday in Mexico, in the United States, Cinco de Mayo has evolved into a commemoration of Mexican culture and heritage, particularly in areas with large Mexican-American populations.

We will be celebrating Mexican culture with beer and traditional Mexican cuisine all day! Chef Owner, Kelvin Ramirez, of Taco Gato is cooking up TWO Chef’s Specials to choose from alongside our line-up of traditional Mexican street tacos which will be on special all day! Pair it all with our Mexican lager, Olmos, for the perfect celebratory dining experience.
